1. Definitions

Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their Account immediately closed, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited without exception.

Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 1111bdt1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or have shared them with a third party.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions

7.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where we identify or reasonably suspect any prohibited conduct as described in section 7.2, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions at our sole discretion: suspend or permanently close the Account, void any pending or recently settled bets placed during the period of suspected prohibited conduct, withhold or forfeit any balance or winnings in the Account, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where we believe a criminal offence may have been committed.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 1111bdt1 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process the closure and return any available real-money Balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned.

8.2 Closure by 1111bdt1

• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players.

Where an Account is closed by 1111bdt1 for reasons other than player misconduct, any real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 1111bdt1 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder via their registered contact details prior to imposing any inactivity fee. An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to inactive Accounts where a Balance is present, following the initial 12-month inactive period. 8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 1111bdt1 — your right to access the Platform and all associated services will cease immediately. Any wagers that were pending at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules and the resulting balance treated in accordance with the reason for closure. These Terms & Conditions, together with all provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution, shall survive Account closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111bdt1 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
